How to provide a Continuing Education Course

LSNA has revised its continuing education application forms for both single activities and providers in conformance with the guidelines of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. These forms are available from the LSNA office in hard copy and digital format, and are also available below.

Effective July 1, 2007, the price for a single activity is $100.00 + $10.00 per contact hour!!!
